Job summary

LUNASOL MARKETING is seeking a Client Operations Manager in Dubai. This hybrid/remote-first role focuses on client communication, project coordination, and production organisation to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

You will coordinate freelancers, studios, and suppliers, support business development, and maintain strong client relationships while working closely with the founder.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-person projects with freelancers or suppliers.

We are launching a marketing and content agency in Dubai, working with local businesses on social media, video production, creator content and marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful and proactive Client Operations Manager who can take ownership of client projects, support business development and make sure things actually get done.

This is not a social media manager, content creator or paid ads specialist role.

The core of this position is client communication, project coordination, production organisation, execution and supporting new client acquisition.

What you will be responsible for

Client management

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients via WhatsApp, email and calls
• Keep clients updated on project progress
• Collect feedback, information and approvals
• Make sure requests are followed up quickly
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Make sure nothing gets forgotten or delayed

Business development

• Identify potential clients in Dubai that fit our target profile
• Research local businesses and decision-makers
• Build and maintain lists of potential leads
• Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or other relevant channels
• Follow up with leads and help move conversations toward a sales call
• Support the founder with proposals, follow-ups and client onboarding
• Look for new opportunities, partnerships and referrals
• Keep the lead pipeline organised and up to date

Production coordination

• Find and coordinate videographers, photographers, editors, actors, creators and other freelancers
• Find and book studios, locations and suppliers
• Organise content and video shoots in Dubai
• Coordinate everyone involved before, during and after production
• Compare quotes and negotiate with suppliers when needed
• Find alternative solutions quickly when the obvious option is not available

Operations

• Manage project schedules, tasks and deadlines
• Coordinate several client projects at the same time
• Follow up with clients, freelancers and suppliers
• Keep project information organised
• Solve problems quickly when plans change
• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish
• Source people, locations, suppliers and solutions independently
• Work directly with the founder on improving processes as the agency grows

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience in operations, project coordination, account management, client service, production, events or a marketing agency
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role where you were directly responsible for communication, follow-ups and keeping clients updated
• Previous experience coordinating projects involving multiple people, suppliers or freelancers
• Experience managing deadlines, schedules and multiple projects at the same time
• Experience sourcing and coordinating freelancers, suppliers, creators or production partners is strongly preferred
• Experience with lead generation, outreach, business development or sales support is a strong advantage
• Experience in a marketing agency, content production company, creative agency or events company is a strong advantage
• Currently based in Dubai
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable communicating with clients and prospects daily via WhatsApp, email and calls
• Resourceful and good at finding solutions independently
• Comfortable making decisions without waiting for detailed instructions
• Calm and effective when something changes at short notice
• Available to attend shoots, meetings and other on-site activities in Dubai when required

This role is probably not a fit if:

• You have less than 2 years of operational experience
• Your experience is mainly creating social media posts or running ads
• You have never managed clients or external suppliers directly
• You are uncomfortable with proactive outreach to potential clients
• You need detailed instructions before taking action
• You are not currently based in Dubai
