GEMS Education UAE is seeking a dedicated Teacher to deliver high-quality curriculum across primary and secondary levels in Dubai. You will plan engaging lessons, assess progress, and adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs within a supportive, inclusive classroom.

You will participate in professional development, contribute to school initiatives, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to uphold the school’s values.

Responsabilidades

• Provide appropriate learning challenges for gifted and talented students.
• Promote student progress, wellbeing, and positive engagement in learning.
• Provide guidance to students on educational matters.
• Set and mark student assignments and classroom work.
• Assess and record students' academic development, progress, and attainment.
• Prepare reports on student performance and learning outcomes.
• Use assessment information to identify individual learning needs.
• Adjust teaching and curriculum delivery to support student achievement.
• Maintain accurate educational records in accordance with school requirements.
• Establish a safe, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Monitor and supervise student behaviour.
• Encourage appropriate conduct and positive classroom interactions.
• Develop and implement strategies that promote student self-discipline.
• Manage disruptive behaviour using suitable educational approaches.
• Model cultural awareness, respect, and understanding.
• Encourage students to develop a positive attitude towards learning.
• Demonstrate competence in using media and technology in the classroom.
• Use appropriate educational resources to support teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues in developing teaching materials and curriculum resources.
• Contribute to the preparation of courses of study.
• Support the development of pastoral arrangements and educational programmes.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student learning and academic progress.
