Job summary

KAD Construction LLC in Dubai seeks a civil works inspector to supervise road, drainage and utilities infrastructure projects. You will read civil, shop, and IFC drawings and set out survey benchmarks on site.

Proficiency in earthworks, concrete, rebar, formwork, asphalt, stormwater and water networks, plus QA/QC inspection and ITP procedures is required. You will ensure material quality and workmanship meets standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of road, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, shop drawings, and IFC drawings.
• Understanding of survey levels, benchmarks, and setting out.
• Knowledge of earthworks, excavation, backfilling, compaction, and grading.
• Experience with concrete works, rebar, formwork, and structural works.
• Knowledge of stormwater drainage, sewer lines, water networks, and duct works.
• Understanding of asphalt works, kerbstones, paving, and road construction.
• Familiarity with QA/QC inspection requirements and ITP procedures.
• Ability to check material quality and workmanship standards.
