Qualifications

• 2–3 years UAE experience in civil construction or landscaping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil works for landscaping and contracting projects.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Oversee hardscape works, paving, kerbs, concrete works, blockwork, and other civil construction activities.
• Review construction drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials and site resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring quality and safety.
• Prepare site progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, material estimation, and cost control.
• Resolve technical issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure timely execution and completion of project activities.
