You will supervise sections, manage batch cooking, uphold hygiene, and mentor kitchen staff while collaborating with the Head Chef.

This role suits a process-driven leader with extensive culinary background and strong English communication, based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as Sous Chef.
• Experience in central kitchens, cloud kitchens, catering or high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of batch cooking and large-scale production operations.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Based in Dubai, UAE and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in daily central kitchen operations and production flow.
• Supervise kitchen teams across sections for efficiency.
• Ensure meals are prepared, portioned, and packed to company standards.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and recipes.
• Optimize production processes to improve speed and cost efficiency.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on techniques, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, ordering, and waste control.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Lead kitchen operations in Head Chef's absence.
