After a successful 2024, we are looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team in Dubai.

  1. Identify and connect with leading doctors, clinics, hospitals, and insurers across various specialties, focusing on those making a strong impact.
  2. Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders to introduce the company's mission and solutions that support their work and outreach.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand clinical needs and help prepare customized presentations, content samples, and onboarding materials.
Key Candidate Criteria
  1. Ideally 5-7 years of experience in healthtech, hospital partnerships, pharma, insurance, or digital health.
  2. Full understanding of working with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  3. Familiarity with how AI and digital tools are shaping healthcare, particularly in areas like patient engagement and content personalization.
  4. Existing connections and ability to develop a sales funnel and sell solutions into local hospitals and clinics.
  5. Fluent in English.
