Job summary

LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants in Dubai seeks a BIM/CAD Architect/Draftsman to craft high-quality technical drawings and BIM models with full code knowledge for Dubai regulatory requirements. The candidate will produce concept design drawings from sketches and deliver apartment layouts as directed by senior staff.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a UAE architectural consultancy, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with Dubai Building Code and related UAE regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural consultancy in the UAE.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM workflows and standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare code-complying technical architectural drawings and BIM models.
Develop concept design documentation (plans, elevations, sections).
Produce Revit models with accurate BIM standards and project coordination.
Coordinate with architects, urban designers and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure submissions comply with Dubai Building Code and UAE regulations.
