Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking an experienced Head Rugby Coach to lead a senior Rugby 15s programme in Dubai, UAE, with the objective of competing in UAE Rugby Division 2. This hands-on leadership role will oversee training, selection, recruitment, trials, and long-term development.

The successful candidate will establish the team’s playing philosophy, coaching standards, squad structure, and performance culture, working closely with club management on season planning.

Qualifications

• World Rugby Level 2 certification is mandatory.
• Experience in coaching senior/adult Rugby 15s.
• Ability to build squad and manage player development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the senior Rugby 15s programme and overall team performance.
• Plan, structure, and deliver senior-team training sessions.
• Prepare for league fixtures and competitions.
• Develop playing philosophy, tactical structure and performance standards.
• Recruit, scout, run trials, assess and select squad.
