Zusammenfassung

Safran Seats in the Middle East is expanding with a brand-new production plant and seeks a Master Scheduling & S&OP Planner to drive the local S&OP process for Dubai final assembly. You will align demand assumptions, translate into supply plans, and lead weekly MPS/MRP inputs in our ERP system.

You will collaborate across functions, participate in global demand reviews, and manage capacity scenarios to meet program milestones. Travel is minimal (less than 20%).

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years' experience leading S&OP or Master Scheduling in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP/MRP systems competence for Material Management and Production Planning.
• Demonstrated capacity planning, recovery scenarios and readiness assessments.
• Lean practices or structured problem-solving (8D) is advantageous.
• Professional qualification such as APICS CPIM is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate the local S&OP process, ensuring alignment with central procedures and governance throughout the monthly cycle.
• Lead and facilitate S&OP forums, establishing clear roles, timely input/output delivery, and communicating decisions.
• Participate in global Demand Reviews, challenging sales plan assumptions and representing Dubai interests.
• Lead scenario planning locally and across units to support decisions for new or changing programs.
• Align site supply plans with Engineering Program schedules for new products or changes.
• Translate unconstrained demand into a capacity- and constraints-based plan.
• Identify ERP load gaps from new programs and define mitigating actions for long lead-time components.
