You will support Russian-speaking customers onsite in Dubai, provide clear communication, thoughtful recommendations, and reliable service to convert interest into revenue.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian and strong English communication.
• Consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable using POS, CRM, email, and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage Russian-speaking customers, understand their needs, and recommend relevant products or solutions that improve conversion, satisfaction, and confidence in the purchase decision.
• Own sales conversations from first contact through close, using structured questioning, persuasive product presentations, and timely follow-up to deliver assigned revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the required systems, enabling reliable pipeline visibility, informed follow-up, and better prioritization of high-value opportunities.
• Handle questions, objections, and service concerns with patience and sound judgment, escalating issues through the appropriate channels to protect trust and preserve commercial momentum.
• Collaborate with colleagues and operational teams on availability, orders, payments, delivery, and after-sales support, reducing friction and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely information.
• Protect presentation, service, and compliance standards across the customer environment, reinforcing a consistent brand experience and supporting repeat business and positive referrals.
• Track personal performance against agreed goals, share customer insights with managers, and adjust daily activity based on results, demand patterns, and business priorities.
