Qualifications

• 5–7 years in procurement, supply chain, or project execution support.
• Strong knowledge of RFx processes and supplier performance management.
• Analytical skills to assess requirements, delivery, and risks.
• Experience in supplier escalations and mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key procurement contact during Sales and Project Execution to minimize risk and cost.
• Support and collaborate with Sales Engineering, project engineering, and execution teams.
• Shape offers by leveraging itemized items and optimizing procurement conditions.
• Identify long lead-time goods/services in sales phase and ensure feasibility.
• Execute procurement activities per Supply Plan and category strategies in project execution.
• Advise on default products/services and supplier options when specs change.
• Lead RFx events for non-itemized products/services and participate in supplier selection.
