Job summary

The Talents Pipeline is seeking a mid-level Occupational Therapist for our Dubai healthcare team. You will work onsite with patients to enhance functional independence and life quality, developing personalized plans across diverse populations and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and coaching patients and families. DHA license eligibility and a bachelor's degree are required; a master's degree is preferred for

Qualifications

• Clear communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in English; Arabic a plus.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Dubai with DHA, before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of patients' abilities.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Lead therapy sessions with evidence-based techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to tailor care.
• Document progress and prepare reports for insurers and providers.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and adaptive techniques.
