Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for marine and civil projects.
• Study drawings and specifications to derive quantities.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on pricing.
• Research material, equipment, and subcontractor rates.
• Analyze bids, support vendor negotiations, and prepare proposals.
• Maintain cost databases and support value engineering.
• Contribute to risk assessments and tender reviews for profitable delivery.
