LVMH Fashion Group Middle East in Dubai seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join the operations team, reporting to the Head of Operations. The role focuses on luxury freight forwarding, customs clearance, and end-to-end logistics for CELINE, GIVENCHY, LOEWE, Kenzo and FENDI in the GCC.

You will manage multi-modal shipments, ensure compliance with CITES for exotic materials, SABER in KSA, MOH registrations, and liaise with carriers, warehouses, and boutique teams to align launches.

Formación

• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and their workflows.
• Profound knowledge of CITES regulations, permits, and documentation for exotic skins and luxury goods.
• Thorough understanding of Dubai trade system, GCC Customs laws, HS codes for fashion textiles and luxury accessories.
• Invoicing review and validation against rates and services; manage discrepancies.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP, CEGID, or related retail ERP/WMS platforms is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate luxury retail freight forwarding and white-glove logistics.
• Oversee daily operational transport management for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of shipments from planning to delivery.
• Maintain visibility on loads, routes, incidents, and priorities.
• Detect, record, and resolve transport incidents such as delays or damages.
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses and internal teams to minimize impact and respond quickly.
• Assist with compliance for exotic materials and CITES approvals where needed.
• Manage SABER workflow for KSA; coordinate with testing bodies for CoCs and clearance.
• Coordinate regulatory clearance with MOH or local bodies for cosmetics and fragrances in relevant markets.
• Oversee customs clearance and duty management across regional airports; navigate JAFZA and temporary imports/re-exports.
• Align boutique & retail operations with launches and promotions; support reporting to stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly across all parties to ensure smooth operations.
