Salt in Dubai is seeking an Influencer Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end creator campaigns for a major skincare brand across UAE and MENA. You will partner with client, creative, social and strategy teams to deliver standout influencer initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation and budget skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and deep knowledge of UAE/MENA trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing or creator campaigns.
• Experience in agency environment and skincare/beauty brands is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UAE/MENA influencer landscape.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer and creator campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Identify and engage UAE/MENA creators and influencers.
• Negotiate contracts, timelines and deliverables with creators.
• Collaborate with creative and social teams to develop influencer-first ideas.
• Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns deliver on time and on brief.
• Coordinate content approvals and ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Produce post-campaign reports and insights; stay updated on trends.
