Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative writing, concept development, or campaign ideation.
• Agency or fast-paced creative environment experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior copywriters.
• Strong brand voice, tone, and storytelling skills.
• Global market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Art Director to develop bold, high-quality content across advertising, social media, and brand channels.
• Craft, edit, and polish engaging content across campaigns, websites, social media, emails, ads, brochures.
• Oversee and mentor junior copywriters, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Ensure content reflects brand voice and aligns with messaging strategy.
• Research audiences, industry trends, and competitors to create relevant content.
• Adapt messaging for multiple formats and platforms with clarity and creativity.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Present ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and clients.
