Job summary

Affle is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance in Dubai to streamline FP&A, variance analysis, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will lead junior analysts, mentor the team, and ensure financial integrity across monthly/quarterly results.

The role demands CA with 3–4 years FP&A experience, strong accounting fundamentals, and advanced Excel/financial tools. Collaboration with onshore and global partners is essential to drive cost efficiency and strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

CA with 3–4 years of core FP&A experience.
Strong foundation in accounting principles and reporting standards.

Proven team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, financial reporting software, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

Variance Analysis: analyze past vs. current performance to identify key trends, variances, and root causes.
Financial Forecasting & Modeling: build and maintain forward-looking financial models for strategic planning and executive decision-making.
Data Simplification & Executive Reporting: distill complex financial data into clear, actionable presentations for leadership.
Cost Reduction & Process Improvement: drive finance transformation projects and identify cost-saving initiatives.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: liaise with onshore teams and global partners to ensure alignment on business needs.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work across functions to integrate financial strategy into daily operations.
Team Leadership & Development: mentor and manage junior analysts to maintain accuracy and productivity.
Financial Integrity: oversee monthly/quarterly financial results for accuracy.
