Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an FP&A professional to support the regional function across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI analysis, and performance insights.

You will partner with Operations & Supply Chain to align operational drivers with financial outcomes, build robust financial models for scenario planning, and deliver monthly FP&A packs and leadership dashboards to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A / management reporting
• Experience in logistics, FMCG or distribution preferred
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling; Power BI is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and rolling projection cycles across multiple markets
• Consolidate market submissions; validate assumptions for headcount, opex, and capex
• Build/update financial models for scenario planning and business decision support
• Produce monthly FP&A packs with variance analysis (Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year)
• Consolidate reporting outputs from ERP / consolidation tools (e.g., Oracle + OneStream)
• Support QBR packs and leadership dashboards; ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Track KPIs including sales volumes, operating margin, cost per case, warehousing/distribution costs, working capital
• Identify risks/opportunities; conduct root‑cause analysis and propose actions
• Support reporting automation and dashboard enhancement (Excel / Power BI / consolidation tools)
• Reconcile reporting between systems and internal trackers; standardize templates and documentation
• Partner with Operations/Supply Chain to align operational drivers with financial outcomes
• Support business cases, pricing reviews, and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A / management reporting / business finance (logistics, FMCG, distribution preferred)
• Strong Excel + PowerPoint + financial modelling; Power BI is an advantage.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS and/or OneStream (preferred)
• Professional certification preferred (ACCA/CPA/CMA/CA)
