Job summary

Magna Financial in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Dubai team and lead multi-entity accounting, reporting, and compliance across UK, EU and regional entities.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance & Business Operations, partners with senior stakeholders and external providers, and contribute to strategic financial analysis, budgeting and revenue oversight. A commercially minded finance professional will thrive in our fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-entity and group accounting across jurisdictions.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Experience with UK and EU payroll, taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating external accounting, tax and payroll providers.
• Understanding of commission and revenue recognition in financial services environments.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders on commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-entity accounting, month/year end and group consolidation.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reporting, budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain reconciliations, controls and processes across the Group.
• Coordinate work of accountants and external finance providers.
• Partner with Head of Finance & Business Operations on financial decisions.
• Work with founders on financial analysis and investment reviews.
• Develop financial models to support strategy and decision making.
• Oversee tax, payroll and regulatory requirements across UK/EU entities.
• Coordinate external service providers across jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance deadlines are met and revenue reporting is accurate.
