Qualifications

• Professional qualification mandatory – ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
• Strong hands-on accounting and financial management experience.
• Excellent Excel, reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Proven experience overseeing the preparation and filing of VAT and Corporate Tax returns.
• Experience managing finances across multiple entities is preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate and/or Consulting is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee finance functions across multiple group entities.
• Prepare accurate and detailed financial and management reports.
• Analyse business performance, budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Prepare and maintain advanced Excel reports and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables and overall financial performance.
• Oversee VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Ensure proper tax records, reconciliations and supporting documentation are maintained.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management.
• Ensure accuracy, controls and compliance across finance operations.
• Work hands-on with the finance team and support process improvements.
