Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a skilled, health-focused chef to oversee nutrition, meal preparation, and kitchen management for two clients focused on fitness and performance.

You will design meals around strict dietary protocols, manage on-site service from 10 AM to 2 PM, monitor macro targets, and uphold top taste, hygiene, and presentation while coordinating with the nutrition coach.

Qualifications

• Experience designing meals around macro targets and dietary restrictions.
• Experience with athletes or high-end clients is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily (10 AM - 2 PM on-site).
• Design meals around strict dietary protocols and food intolerances (dairy-free, gluten-free, etc.).
• Ensure all meals meet specific macro targets (high-protein, controlled calories, balanced fats/carbs).
• Maintain excellent taste and presentation while meeting nutritional requirements.
• Handle meal prep and full kitchen organization, including cleanliness, inventory, and restocking.
• Manage supplements, shakes, and hydration, including preparation and accurate timing.
• Track food logs and make adjustments in coordination with the nutrition coach.
• Source high-quality ingredients (organic, grass-fed, wild-caught, etc.).
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and consistency standards are upheld at all times.
