Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Nutritionist to join our team and play a key role in developing nutritious menus, creating personalized meal plans, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic food service environment, collaborating with chefs, and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through balanced nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain healthy menus and meal plans in collaboration with the kitchen and chefs, ensuring meals meet nutritional standards, quality expectations, and business objectives.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their health goals, dietary preferences, allergies, medical conditions, and nutritional requirements.
• Create personalized meal plans and provide tailored nutritional recommendations based on each client’s individual needs.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their meal plans remain suitable, practical, and aligned with their goals, making adjustments where necessary.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure meals are prepared according to approved nutritional guidelines and client specifications.
• Review recipes, ingredients, and nutritional information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide professional nutrition education and guidance to support clients in achieving healthier lifestyles.
• Maintain accurate records of client consultations, dietary requirements, and meal plans.
• Stay up to date with current nutrition research, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s healthy menu offerings.
