Ecomswap, a boutique M&A advisory and acquisitions platform, is expanding its UAE team in Dubai. We are seeking a polished M&A Advisor who thrives in a deal-led, buyer-focused environment to be on-site in Business Bay.

You will guide buyers through onboarding, build relationships with new buyers (PE firms, family offices, strategic buyers), qualify opportunities, and coordinate with the Advisory team to progress live deals. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in investor relations, business development, or buyer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of DTC and e-commerce markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English with proactive communication.

Aufgaben

• Proactively engage buyers in network and on platform about live deals.
• Act as main contact for buyers, matching to opportunities and handing off to Advisory.
• Maintain up-to-date buyer criteria, sector, deal size, and preferences.
• Keep buyer CRM records accurate and current.
• Build relationships with new buyers (PE firms, family offices, strategic buyers).
• Qualify buyers through initial conversations and verify platform onboarding (NDA, funds).
• Support outreach campaigns and marketing to grow buyer sign-ups and network.
