Job summary

Jackpot Technologies LLC in the UAE seeks a Mandarin Chinese and English-speaking Sourcing Agent and Translator to bridge UAE operations with Chinese suppliers.

You will identify and evaluate suppliers in China, negotiate pricing and terms, manage orders and shipments, and translate documents and communications accurately. Based in the UAE with travel to China as needed, you will support procurement and supplier relationships with professionalism and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese or native-level proficiency.
• Strong professional English, both written and spoken.
• Based in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging directly with Chinese factories, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
• Detail-oriented with quotations, specifications, pricing and contracts.
• Willing and able to travel to China when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable manufacturers, suppliers, products, materials and services from China.
• Research suppliers via Alibaba, 1688, Taobao, WeChat and other sourcing channels.
• Obtain quotations, specifications, samples, production timelines and MOQs.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial terms.
• Coordinate samples, production orders and deliveries; track timelines.
• Translate written communications between Mandarin and English; provide interpretation as needed.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage ongoing negotiations.
