Job summary

The Career Nest is opening a new all-day restaurant in Dubai. We are hiring for a bar position where you will set up and restock the bar before service, learn our products and setup, keep the bar clean and presentable, and support the bartender and wider team throughout shifts.

No prior experience is required; energy and reliability are essential, with fluent English and a second European language considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; energy, reliability and genuine interest in the bar.
• Some bar or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, a second European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, restock and reset the bar before and throughout service
• Learn the products, the equipment and the setup quickly
• Keep the bar clean, compliant and presentable from open to close
• Support the bartender and the wider team wherever you are needed
