Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks).
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, accounts, and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Manage daily accounting transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Monitor expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Assist with VAT calculations, VAT returns, and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
