Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR.
• Experience in UAE is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally or similar).
• Basic understanding of UAE Labor Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist in VAT preparation and compliance.
• Bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll preparation and WPS coordination.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support visa leave management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law requirements.
