Qualifications

• Based in Dubai; on-site 3 days a week.
• 1–2 years in communications, PR, marketing, economics, or related field (internship considered).

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day account management, handling admin, client communication, and project docs.
• Maintain client relationships with timely, accurate materials, status reports and updates.
• Coordinate project logistics: meetings, timelines, and internal coordination.
• Support creation of client-facing documents: presentations, reports, proposals under supervision.
• Track project progress, meet deadlines and flag concerns early.
• Gather insights and data for client reports; keep information organized.
