Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Du executives will be responsible for achieving the du KPIs within the assigned outlets. Their primary focus will be to meet outlet-level targets by driving activations, visibility, and merchandising, as well as ensuring store standards are maintained in the outlets assigned.

They will also need to develop sustainable revenue from the outlets and areas assigned to ensure growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieving the Product KPIs for Tier 1, 2, & 3
  • Enhancing visibility and merchandising
  • Sales / Activation: Provide product information through live demonstrations or verbal communication to help customers make purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining Customer/Dealer Relations

Performance Indicators

  • Achieve Tier 1 volume and point targets monthly
  • Maintain 90% quality activation for Tier 2 (customers should be in the network for at least 90 days)
  • Follow company policies and procedures daily, including Day End, DSR, Stock Management, Cash Deposits, and reporting
  • Ensure POS materials are available and properly displayed
  • Drive growth across assigned product categories (prepaid, postpaid, FNL, Bill Payment, MNMI)
  • Ensure offers are visually appealing at the location
  • Achieve monthly du Express targets
  • Meet point targets and monthly objectives
  • Provide daily updates on location targets and achievements weekly/monthly
  • Track the stock on hand (SOH) in outlets for assigned products
  • Gather customer feedback and monitor satisfaction
  • Track and report on competitor activities and information
