Job summary

Requirements include GCSE Design & Technology teaching experience, a B.Ed. or related degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent, and a track record of outstanding teaching.

Qualifications

• GCSE Design & Technology teaching experience is essential.
• A Level or IB experience desirable.
• B.Ed. or related degree and PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• A proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
• Safeguarding: ICPC police check and three professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Teach Design & Technology up to iGCSE at Key Stage 4 and IB/A‑Level at Key Stage 5.
• Inspire students to achieve their full potential and foster creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to an enriched curriculum programme and collaborate with the Design & Technology department.
