Job summary

Aldar Education seeks an outstanding Teacher of Design and Technology for one of its schools in Abu Dhabi, commencing August 2026.

The successful candidate will inspire, engage and challenge students by creating a nurturing learning environment and delivering high-quality teaching and inclusive learning experiences that spark curiosity, encourage creativity and support students academic, social and personal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
• Mandatory experience working in an international school.
• Experience working with EAL students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 to KS5, including GCSE, A Level and BTEC pathways where appropriate.
• Plan schemes of work aligned with the UK National Curriculum and examination boards.
• Provide high-quality guidance and feedback during coursework and assessments.
• Uphold safeguarding and professional conduct while supporting student development.
