Job description

Job Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing client briefs (RFPs), responding with tailored proposals, and managing small teams to deliver smart, efficient, and compliant infrastructure packages to a high standard of quality.
• Preparation of concept and detailed civil infrastructure designs, along with technical and commercial specifications, design reports, drawings, and schedules.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules, initiating necessary actions to achieve financial targets.
• Drive high-quality drawing production in collaboration with drafters.
• Prepare tender submissions, including proposal cost and time estimates.
• Liaise with municipalities, utilities, and other consultants for information and coordination to obtain approvals.
• Coordinate with internal multi-discipline project managers, teams, and sub-consultants.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical and professional guidance for their development.
• Ability to become a Registered Engineer/Architect in the UAE.
