We are currently seeking experienced and skilled DRP & Jetty Operators to join a leading steel manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in plant operations and port handling within the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Direct Reduction Plant (DRP) equipment and systems
• Handle raw material feeding and sponge iron production processes
• Manage jetty operations, including loading and unloading of bulk materials
• Ensure safe and efficient cargo handling at port facilities
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational protocols
• Maintain accurate records of plant and jetty activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the steel industry
• Proven experience in DRP and/or port operations
• Knowledge of material handling systems and industrial safety practices
• Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts
• Ability to work in both plant and jetty environments

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical or industrial operations
• Familiarity with sponge iron production and marine cargo handling
