Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and report any complaints immediately to the supervisor and workshop team.
2. Prioritize deliveries and suggest improvements to daily route plans.
3. Handle customer complaints in a pleasant and non-confrontational manner, following the agreed method, and raise non-conformances when necessary.
4. Complete trip sheets with all relevant information and submit to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
5. Submit delivery notes to OCC within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Comply with HSE requirements.
7. Supervise distribution assistants and report misconduct immediately.
8. Strictly observe traffic regulations while driving and avoid penalties and fines due to violations.
9. Perform any other related duties or projects assigned by the supervisor to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

• Education: Matriculation or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of offshore driving experience in UAE.
