Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with driving duties, and ensuring a smooth experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting guests upon arrival
  2. Opening car doors for arriving and departing guests and escorting them to the lobby
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and responding to guest queries
  4. Conducting effective handovers between shifts
  5. Reporting guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty
  6. Performing trips with the hotel car/bus as requested
  7. Controlling all guests’ car keys
  8. Ensuring effective handover to the night shift
  9. Promoting good public relations and exceeding guest expectations
  10. Maintaining parking areas and key cabinets, ensuring cleanliness
  11. Managing airport and crew transportation flow

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have vocational training in hospitality, experience in Front Office or transportation, fluency in English (written and spoken), and a valid local driving license compliant with traffic laws.
