Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for meeting and assisting hotel guests upon arrival and departure, as well as handling driving-related duties. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting guests upon arrival
  2. Opening car doors for arriving and departing guests and escorting them to the lobby
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and its services, providing information, and responding to guest queries
  4. Ensuring effective handovers between shifts, including information transfer from the previous shift
  5. Forwarding guest complaints or problems to the duty manager
  6. Performing trips and drives using the hotel vehicle as requested
  7. Controlling all guest car keys
  8. Making effective handovers to the night shift in conjunction with the early Shift Leader
  9. Establishing, promoting, and maintaining good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations
  10. Maintaining parking spaces and the key cabinet, ensuring cleanliness
  11. Ensuring smooth flow of airport and crew transportation
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have vocational training in the hospitality field with experience in Front Office or Transportation. You must be fluent in both written and spoken English, hold a valid local Driving License, and be familiar with local traffic laws.
