We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Responsibilities

As a Driver, you are responsible for meeting and providing assistance to hotel guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with driving duties, and other related responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring guests are greeted upon arrival
  • Opening car doors for arriving and departing guests and escorting them to the lobby
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and its services, supplying information, and responding to guest queries
  • Ensuring effective handovers, including information transfer from the previous shift
  • Forwarding guest complaints or issues to the manager on duty
  • Performing trips and drives with the hotel vehicle as requested
  • Controlling all guests’ car keys
  • Making effective handovers to the night shift in conjunction with the early Shift Leader
  • Establishing, promoting, and maintaining good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations
  • Maintaining parking spaces and the key cabinet, ensuring cleanliness
  • Managing airport and crew transportation flow effectively

Skills, Education & Qualifications

You should have vocational training in the hospitality field with previous experience in Front Office or Transportation. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, along with a valid local Driving License and familiarity with local traffic laws.
