Job summary

Flip Retail in the UAE seeks an experienced chauffeur to safely drive Delta vehicles and deliver a high level of customer service. The role requires a valid GCC/UAE license (types 3 & 5) and at least two years of service-industry driving experience.

Arabic language skills are preferred. You will handle vehicle check-out/in, refueling, documentation, and coordination of deliveries and pickups as directed by the manager.

Qualifications

• 2 years driving experience within the service industry.
• GCC/UAE driving license (types 3 & 5).
• Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Completion of an Additional Institution degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive Delta cars to preferred areas, workshops, shipments, and pickups as instructed by Manager.
• Represent a professional image to customers through polite service.
• Refuel vehicles and complete required documentation.
• Maintain records and comply with procedures when supplying a vehicle.
• Inspect vehicles during check-out/check-in with the client and report issues.
• Coordinate shipments, pickups, and traffic department tasks (registrations, fines, etc.).

Job description

• To drive cars safely and also comply with all traffic guidelines & regulations within UAE
• Drive all Delta cars accredited by UAE driving certificate to preferred area, workshops, shipment to/ collection from consumer or as instructed by Manager.
• To represent a professional picture to customers through polite service as per Delta criteria.
• Chauffeur obligation as and also when needed.
• Refuel vehicles and complete called for documents nicely.
• Ensure all records are effectively filled and all required procedures complied with when supplying a vehicle to the customer or at the time of motion of automobile (NRT)
• Inspect vehicles at check-out and also check-in in the presence of client and paper problems on vehicles, if any type of Inform monitoring of vehicle malfunction, damages
• Carry out physical vehicle supply as well as various other tasks appointed by Manager shipments, pick-ups, checking out traffic department for registrations and web traffic fines, tasjeel, filing, etc
• Knowledge of Arabic better
• Nice with client solution orientation
• Legitimate GCC/ UAE driving permit course 3 & 5
• 2 years driving experience within the service industry
• Informed to Additional Institution degree
