Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD in Dubai is seeking a reliable driver to transport labourers, office staff, and visitors safely between project sites and company locations. You will manage time efficiently and keep records of trips and fuel usage.

Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle maintenance, ensuring on-site materials are delivered, loading and unloading equipment, and assisting the admin team with routine tasks like utility payments while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Transport labourers, office staff, and visitors safely between locations using Company vehicle.
• Arrange vehicle care and maintenance per service manual and coordinate with rental company for repairs/replacements.
• Know destinations beforehand to avoid delays and wastage of time.
• Assist admin in paying utility bills.
• Ensure efficient vehicle utilization and fuel management.
• Ensure all materials are on-site and available during project execution.
• Load and unload equipment along with cable pulling and cable dressing experience.
• Unpack materials safely.
• Prepare and clean workspace prior to project and remove unused items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB PURPOSE:

Energetic and dependable driver with a solid record of safe transportation of passengers & supplies offering great skills in time delivery management.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for transporting labours, office staff, and visitors in a safe and timely manner between designated locations using Company vehicle.
• Arranging vehicle care and maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.) based on service manual requirements and coordinating with the rental company on vehicle repairs and replacements.
• Knowing the destination before heading to avoid confusion and to avoid and wastage of time.
• Assisting the admin department in paying utility bills.
• Ensuring effective utilization of vehicle and fuel.
• Ensuring all materials are on-site and available during the project execution.
• Loading and unloading of equipment along with cable pulling and cable dressing experience.
• Experience in unpacking of material in a safe manner.
