Description

• Ensure total car wash quality before delivery as per standard procedure (Quality check list).
• Support and guide the car wash team to prioritize vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure on time completion of job as per delivery schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Team leaders and Service Advisors for proper vehicle delivery plans & organizing drivers in line with the schedule.
• Ensure W / S safety procedures and requirements are strictly applied and followed (personal safety / equipment safety / customer’s vehicle etc.)
• Punctuality & discipline at work
• Honesty & Integrity
• Maintaining good inter-personal relation with subordinates and superiors.
