- Safely transport personnel, materials, and equipment to and from ADNOC project sites, offices, and other locations as directed.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Operate light vehicles including cars, pickup trucks, and other company-assigned vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and traffic laws.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks (e.g., checking oil, water, tire pressure) to ensure that the vehicle remains in optimal working condition.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of travel including mileage logs, fuel consumption, and delivery reports.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to ADNOC's health, safety, and environmental regulations when operating vehicles onsite.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) while driving in restricted or hazardous zones.
- Provide logistical support to site operations including picking up and delivering documents, tools, and spare parts as requested.
- Support emergency response activities by being on-call for urgent transportation needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license (Category 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a light vehicle driver, preferably on oil and gas projects.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Familiarity with ADNOC project sites and the rules for entering and exiting oil and gas sites is an advantage.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps and to follow instructions for specific destinations.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading duties if required.
- Good communication skills with basic proficiency in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Defensive driving certification or training is a plus.
