JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for conveying materials, equipment, and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operate and maintain a specific vehicle for the organization.
- Load and unload merchandise.
- Transport products, materials, and staff securely to designated areas.
- Ensure the safety and security of products and staff during transit.
- Transport staff and materials timely, as instructed by supervisor or manager.
- Maintain vehicles in clean and good condition at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report faults.
- Recognize electrical and mechanical issues and report them.
- Report accidents or mishaps promptly to supervisor or dispatcher.
- Perform periodic vehicle maintenance, such as changing batteries, oil, and refueling.
- Keep records of vehicle maintenance and travel logs.
- Perform errands such as dropping/picking staff and getting lunch.
- Dress professionally according to company dress code.
QHSE :
- Take reasonable care of your health and safety and do not endanger others.
- Cooperate with health and safety initiatives.
- Follow safety instructions and do not misuse safety provisions.
- Report accidents, injuries, or illnesses related to work.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Ability to perform duties professionally.
- Adhere to dress code and communicate well with colleagues and clients.
- Must be a trained and licensed driver with good knowledge of traffic laws.
- Physical strength to handle loading/unloading tasks.

- Lead and coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Prioritize tasks to meet management and client needs.
- Coordinate office and site activities, procurement, and budgeting.
- Communicate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficient in using two-way radios, especially with airport control towers.
- Possess UAE driving license and preferably an Airport Driving Permit (RED category).
- Understand transportation laws and traffic judgment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and mechanics.
- Familiar with locations of international organizations, airlines, hotels, and restaurants.
- Flexible team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Secondary School Certificate.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
- Awareness of occupational hazards and safety practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages (local, national, international).
