Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise drilling activities on site to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to plan drilling strategies.
  • Manage drilling personnel including training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during drilling operations.
