As a Draughtsman Fitout and Joinery, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for fitout and joinery projects. This includes preparing accurate and precise drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, as well as collaborating with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the designs meet the project requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed technical drawings and plans for fitout and joinery projects using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.
3. Review and modify existing drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Prepare material lists and cost estimates for projects.
5. Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the designs.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD software to continuously improve design processes and techniques.
7. Ensure all drawings and plans comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in fitout and joinery projects.
3. Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
7. Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
8. Strong time management and organizational skills.
9. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
