You’ll be working on Wynn Resort, the UAE’s first-of-its-kind luxury integrated resort destination, located on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island. This iconic development is set to redefine the standards of luxury, leisure, and entertainment in the region.

About Your Team

You’ll report to the Senior Draftsman, supporting the Design and Technical team in preparing and maintaining shop drawings and as-builts for all fit-out and temporary works. Your drawings will support the seamless coordination, approval, and execution of interiors across luxury hotel spaces, retail zones, gaming floors, and wellness facilities.

Your Role

As a Draughtsman, you will:

• Produce AutoCAD shop drawings according to ALEC's standard styles and specifications.
• Update and revise drawings based on consultant feedback and project changes.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date “as-built” drawings for internal and authority submissions.
• Support temporary facility layouts and logistics-related drawings.
• Ensure correct distribution and printing of construction documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the design team, engineers, and project coordinators.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 3+ years in drafting/design within the construction or fit-out industry.

Knowledge:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing and drawing standards.

Expertise:

• Interpreting architectural and MEP drawings.
• Creating shop drawings and coordinating redlines/as-builts.
• Working collaboratively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Draughtsman certification or diploma in design/architecture/engineering.
