- Prepare detailed Revit models and drawings for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection) and interior fit-outs (partitions, ceilings, finishes, and furniture)
- Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings in compliance with project standards
- Convert hand sketches, markups, or CAD files into accurate BIM models
- Ensure all models adhere to the BIM execution plan
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to refine ductwork layouts, piping schematics, lighting plans, and electrical systems
- Produce fit-out drawings, including material schedules, joinery details, and reflected ceiling plans
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Experience in drafting ductwork, piping, electrical layouts, fire protection systems, and lighting plans
- Ability to produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for fit-out projects (e.g., ceilings, partitions, and finishes)
- Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and interior fit-out drawings
- Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
