As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings and plans that bring our creative visions to life.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years as a draughtsman in interior design or architectural work.
• Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related 3D tools.
• Knowledge: Strong space planning and familiarity with building codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings and layouts from design concepts.
• Collaborate with interior designers to translate ideas into schematic and construction drawings.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and joinery details.
• Create and revise shop drawings including ceiling plans, lighting layouts, finishes, and FF&E specs.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and relevant building codes.
• Maintain documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to drawing libraries, templates, and standard blocks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings andlayouts based on design concepts and client requirements.
• Collaborate with interior designers totranslate conceptual ideas into schematic and construction drawings.
