The successful candidate will coordinate with engineers, ensure compliance with standards, and work collaboratively to meet project requirements. Candidates with UAE project experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit are encouraged to apply.

Draftsman HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical / ELV / Landscape

Prepare detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV systems, and Landscape projects
Review project specifications, drawings, and sketches to produce accurate plans
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards
Update and revise drawings as per project modifications
Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and client specifications
Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and documentation

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Draftsman in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, or Landscape design
Must have UAE project experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software
