Job description

We are looking for skilled Architectural and Structural Draftsmen with proven experience in high-rise and tower projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed CAD drawings, coordinating with the design and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update detailed architectural drawings for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers.
• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation drawings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, local authority regulations, and design intent.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to avoid design conflicts.
• Incorporate changes from design reviews and client feedback into architectural plans.
• Support submission drawings for authority approvals and construction documentation.

For Structural Draftsman:

• Develop detailed structural drawings including foundation plans, columns, beams, slabs, and reinforcement details specific to high-rise structures.
• Work closely with structural engineers to translate structural calculations and models into construction-ready drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in rebar detailing, formwork layouts, and load-bearing elements.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP drawings to ensure proper integration.
• Prepare bar bending schedules and shop drawings as required for construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting Technology.
• 3–5+ years of relevant drafting experience on high-rise and tower projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, BIM, or Tekla is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of international and local codes and standards (e.g., ACI, BS, or Eurocode).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines under minimal supervision.
