Job description

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently seeking an Architectural Draftsman for our Design department. Working as part of a multi-functional team, you will be responsible for producing detailed designs for our restaurants and projects. Some of the key requirements will include the following:

• Preparing and developing architectural detailing
• Coordinate with the design team to integrate concepts and specifications
• Be active on site to ensure designs are being adhered to

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically in an F&B or Hospitality environments or with extensive F&B experience. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as is experience with packages such as AutoCad, Sketch up etc.
